- Sportsmanship -
We are all here to have fun. Poor sportsmanship and/or rudeness will not be tolerated. Calling another player a cheater will absolutely not be tolerated. The words "cheat", "cheater" or "cheating" are not to be used in the rooms at any time...Not even jokingly!!! Doing so will result in a warning, reprimand, penalty box, or expulsion from the league. Leaving the room because you are losing or "giving" the win to your opponent is not acceptable and may be cause for removal from the next tournament you register for. Leaving a room before a tournament has concluded is considered extremely rude. Stay until the hosting TD concludes the tournament. The TD"s are volunteering their time for your enjoyment. Show respect!
1. Players will respect the TDs, HTDs, Admins, other players, and
non-league members in the room. Rudeness to anyone is not acceptable. There will be no verbal confrontation with non-league members. If someone is being obnoxious or abusive, our motto is... "report" and "mute"...DO NOT respond to any comments. Any player responding will be placed in the penalty box. "NO EXCEPTIONS".
2. Any disputes during tournament play will be taken into private chat with the hosting TD. The hosting TD will make the final determination.
3. This is a "NO DRAMA" league. Drama of any kind WILL NOT be tolerated and will result in a warning, reprimand, penalty box, or expulsion from the league.
4. We play all of our tournaments in family rooms so watch your language. No swearing, "cuss" words or slightly disguised words nor will any bodily functions words be used at any time. No sex talk and no sexual innuendoes please. Swearing or foul language is against our rules, Cases Rules and Pogo Rules and will not be tolerated in any form. Remember, there may be children in the room. Do not use the excuse it is a "late night" tourney. We have members from all over the world. Our "late nights" are someone else's morning or afternoon. After the first warning, failure to comply with this rule will result with expulsion from the league! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
WE ARE NOT A DATING SERVICE!!! Any unsolicited advances, sexual comments or innuendos and/or following any Members or Staff into rooms for that purpose, will result in immediate placement in the penalty box. The second instance will result in removal from the league.
5. "CHEATING" Activating or playing for badges during a token count tournament is CHEATING. Anyone posting a high token count will have stats checked to verify. If stats do not match, you will be removed from the tournament unless you have reported the winning of a badge and the token count. Second offense will be expulsion from the league. "NO EXCEPTIONS"
The use of auto programs in any of our games is strictly forbidden. They are also banned by Pogo and Cases. Any member that is suspended by Pogo or Cases for using auto programs or for any other reason will be removed from the league. Any form of cheating is unacceptable and will be dealt with accordingly. Any player suspected of cheating in any manner, will be removed from the league without notice, with "no explanation" and no recourse.

It goes without saying that we won't stand for cheating of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, breaking rules, using modified executables, reporting false results, or otherwise tampering with Ladder rankings.
If you are certain your opponent is cheating you should report the suspicious activity via the SUPPORT link on the Ladder page. You do not need to report the match as a loss. If your opponent submits an unreported match claim against you be sure to reply to the inquiry mail we send you explaining your reasoning or the match will be automatically posted against you.
6. To play in our tournaments, your Jungle Safari name must match your Pogo name "EXACTLY". This rule will be enforced. Your Ladder name must match the name you use in chat and play your matches under exactly. This includes spaces, underscores and other keyboard characters. If it does not, you will be not allowed to play in our tournaments and will be removed.
7. All players must use their own Pogo/Jungle Safari name while playing in a tournament. No one else may play under your Jungle Safari name...including spouses, children, friends, other members, etc. Playing under another's name or someone playing under your name will be cause for removal from the tourney and will result in a warning, reprimand, penalty box, or expulsion from the league.
8. Any and all communication will be addressed by Staff in a timely manner.
9. The first part of your Jungle name will be used in all tournaments. Real names or nicknames are not to be used. This facilitates all members to understand exactly who they are playing, especially new members who may not be familiar with "handles".
10. Players are responsible for being registered and in the room prior to start time. Waiting until the last minute to register for a tourney could result in not being able to play. Players signing up for a tourney must play or remove themselves prior to tourney start time. Any player not in the room at "Start Time" will be removed by the hosting TD.
11. Improper behavior will result in a warning, reprimand, penalty box, or expulsion from the league. Remember the golden rule, "Do unto others as you would have them to do unto you".
12. All rules will be strictly enforced to make this league fun and fair for everyone. No one is exempt from our League Rules!
